We ran an IT company and as we started growing and more people joined, we felt the need to automate and computerize our processes. When we started developing business applications for internal use, it dawned upon us that most applications make use of a few fundamental building blocks i.e. manage data (add/search/update/delete), roles and permissions, analytics and reporting, and triggers & action. We set out to build Tigersheet to solve our internal problem and then packaged it as a product. Inspiration derived from the need to create a faster, easier, and more cost-effective way to create applications for small & medium-sized businesses
